* jewelry pieces must be exchanged within 2 days of receiving of your order.

* The item to be replaced must not have been used and must be in its original condition, free of scratches, breaks and defects, and must be in its original packaging.
*Once we receive your returned items and approve the exchange, you have 3 days to choose what you want using your credit.
